The upholstery kits are manufactured using predefined templates for each car model. The leather is thoroughly inspected for any flaws and then panels are cut out using computer controlled cutting machines, ensuring a high level of accuracy in the finished product.

Computer controlled machines are also used for adding stitching patterns and quilting. The leather components are then assembled by hand by highly trained upholsterers.

The finished items are then delivered to TFI Motor Trimmers in Exeter where we remove your existing upholstery and install the new leather upholstery kit.
